Players are free to mine natural resources, build starships, summon heroes, battle against other players, trade with each other in the marketplace, and join alliances or nations to fight side by side.
Light Year offers various combinations of strategies and playstyles. After developing a deeper understanding of the game mechanisms, players are encouraged to formulate their own strategies to achieve different objectives.
